

Like most neo-futuristic synth bands, Power Glove remains relatively allusive. Utilizing a Moog synth - and a musical taste similar to scores in Beverly Hills Cop, any 80’s Schwarzenegger or John Carpenter movie met with Daft Punk’s TRON score meets Kavinsky and a dash of Hotline Miami - the group creates some of the slickest sounding 80’s sci-fi fare this side of RoboCop. On April 3, Far Cry’s publisher, Ub isoft, unveiled screenshots and three-tracks on SoundCloud by, now known, group Power Glove.

The links take you to SoundCloud tracks placed under the name of Dawaatcha Dawaatcha’s actual SoundCloud offers no music, because the actual artist’s information was released several days after the game’s website first appeared and is now known to be the group, Power Glove. Obscured in a mash-up of neon laser grids, images, and interviews are two small neon green and pink link boxes. But as cool as the post-apocalyptic, neo-futuristic, 80’s action movie style is, the soundtrack may be it’s best feature yet. We've reached out to Ubisoft for more details on Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.As new images have since appeared on the internet, it is seeming pretty plausible that Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is an actual thing. Ratings for the game indicate that Blood Dragon will come to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Screenshots appear to indicate that players will play as that "Cyber Commando" in a brightly colored, neon-lit, stylized world - one that manages to maintain the recurring theme of island exploration in Far Cry games.

First screenshots of Blood Dragon uploaded to show what the still-unannounced add-on will look like. Ubisoft began teasing Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon earlier this week, hinting at a mysterious spin-off to the last year's open-world first-person shooter featuring a dramatic aesthetic departure.
